FDM/FOQA Also referred to as Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA), is the analysis of flight data, which allows safety managers to identify trends and fully investigate the circumstances behind events so that operational procedures and training can be improved.
FDS provides the following:
- Supply of complete FDM systems including training
- Support of FDM systems
- FDM replay service
- FDM consultancy
- Operation of FDM systems
For operators that do not want to operate their own FDM system, FDS provides a complete FDM replay service, which includes secure transfer of data, transcription and analysis, validation of results, and formal presentation of results and statistics in accordance with ICAO requirements.
